Professional photography which can include photos, floor plan, drone photos and a video ranges from $205 to $790 plus GST. Generally our clients invest a total of $650 plus GST in advertising. This includes listings on the above websites, photos and floor plan.

  • Generally staging is a great way to maximise your home’s value. The cost to stage a home ranges from $2,230 plus GST for smaller homes to $4,550 plus GST for larger homes. Following an inspection we can advise you on whether your home would benefit from staging. We are happy to sell your home with or without staging - it’s completely up to you.

  • While every sale is different generally a Contract is established in 4 to 8 weeks.
