Brisbane homes now as pricey as Melbourne

 

Realestate.com.au reports that the latest PropTrack Home Price Index shows national property prices hit a new record high in February. Brisbane remains one of the strongest markets with more than 12% growth over the past year. Both Brisbane and Melbourne now share a median home value of $797,000.
